The team behind your closing

We've built and scaled companies that moved millions of people. Now we're bringing that operational obsession to the most important transaction of your life.

Travis VanderZanden

Travis VanderZanden

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Travis has spent his career making slow, painful consumer experiences fast and effortless. He founded Bird, the shared electric-scooter pioneer, and led it from a single flock of scooters to hundreds of cities worldwide and a New York Stock Exchange listing. Before Bird, he held senior operating roles at both Lyft and Uber, and founded Cherry, an on-demand services startup acquired by Lyft.

He started Mammoth Title Company with a simple conviction: closing on a home is the biggest transaction of most people's lives, and it should be the best-run one — fast, transparent, and safe from wire fraud. Travis holds an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business and lives in Miami, Florida.

Clint Johnson

Clint Johnson

Chief Legal Officer

Clint built and led legal, risk management, and trust & safety at Bird through hypergrowth, global expansion, and its public listing — navigating the regulatory frontier of an industry that didn't exist when he started. His practice spans corporate law, securities, litigation, and the kind of operational risk work that keeps fast-moving companies out of trouble.

At Mammoth, Clint owns the legal and compliance backbone of every closing: escrow controls, regulatory compliance, and the wire-fraud defenses we treat as non-negotiable. He earned his JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar.
